Optional exception resolution
Record a source-system operator's decision without forcing every booking into a Foryn WorkItem.
Submit a resolution
POST /api/ocean/v1/exceptions/{exceptionId}/resolutions requires a resolution-enabled integration credential and an exception ID belonging to its tenant.
Allowed statuses are RESOLVED, NOT_RESOLVED and DISPUTED. Include an event ID, reason code, source-system operator reference, and UTC timestamp. Explanation is optional.
A successful response reports RECORDED or DUPLICATE. Event-ID reuse with conflicting content returns 409; an exception outside the tenant returns 404.
Attribution limitations
actorReference is asserted by the integration sender. It is not independently tied to a Foryn employee identity or HR system.
A resolution changes the recorded exception state but does not automatically update the booking facts or commercial contract.
