Start with the work

Classify the AI use
AI can draft, summarize, compare, classify, forecast, and recommend. Each use needs a different level of review, evidence, and control.
Define the review point
A workflow should make clear who reviews the output, what they are checking, and when the work needs another look before it moves forward.
Preserve the evidence
Useful AI workflows leave a record. What changed? What was accepted? What was rejected? What information was missing?
Design for handoff
AI-assisted work often moves between people, systems, and obligations. Foryn designs for the handoff, not just the output.
Improve the standard
The best workflows get better as people use them. Review patterns, exceptions, and decisions should improve the operating standard over time.
