Self-Serve Subscription Terms

At checkout, you will pay:

• The applicable Activation Program fee.
• The applicable recurring subscription fee for your selected plan.

The checkout disclosure should state:

Today you will pay [Activation Price] for the Activation Program and [Subscription Price]/[month or year] for [Plan]. Your subscription renews automatically until canceled. Cancel anytime. Access continues through your paid term.

Plans may be billed monthly or annually, as shown at checkout.

Pro and Team may each be offered on monthly or annual billing. Team billing is handled at the Workspace level.

Unless canceled before renewal, your subscription renews automatically for the same billing period at the then-current price in effect for your plan, subject to any required notice under applicable law.

You may cancel renewal at any time through your account settings, the Stripe customer portal, or another online method we make available.

Cancellation stops future renewals. Your paid access continues through the end of your current paid term unless your account is suspended or terminated earlier under the Terms of Service.

If a payment is unsuccessful, Foryn may retry charges up to three times over seven days.

If payment is not cured, Foryn may suspend paid access for the affected plan or Workspace.

Except as required by law, fees are non-refundable except as follows.

Activation Program refund

You may request a refund of the Activation Program fee within seven days of purchase only if:

• The Activation Program has not been completed.
• There has been no meaningful product use beyond Orientation Access and activation materials.

For launch, meaningful product use includes completed activation, exported content, or saved work in the product workspace.

Annual mistaken-purchase refund

You may request a refund of an annual subscription within 14 days of purchase only if the purchase was a mistaken annual purchase and usage is minimal.

For launch, usage is minimal only if all of the following are true:

• No exports.
• No Team invites.
• No more than three sessions.
• No more than five saved items.

If a refund request does not meet these criteria, the subscription remains active through the end of the current paid term.

Foryn may issue courtesy refunds or credits in its discretion.

Refund decisions outside policy or above $500 require founder approval.

If Foryn offers a discount, promo code, trial, or other promotional pricing, the specific terms shown with that offer will control.

Unless we clearly say otherwise, the subscription will renew at the standard price after the promotional period unless canceled before renewal.

We may change pricing for future billing periods by giving advance notice through email, in-product notice, or the billing portal as required by law.

If you do not agree to the new price, you must cancel before the new price takes effect.

Charges may exclude applicable taxes unless expressly stated otherwise.
